- Scheduling and providing recycling collection and e-waste pickup services
- Managing customer accounts and service enquiries
- Coordinating logistics and verifying customer addresses
3.2 Safety, Security and Compliance
- Ensuring the security of our facilities through CCTV monitoring
- Verifying identity for site entry or sensitive facility access
- Maintaining compliance with environmental and government regulations
3.3 Business Administration
- Processing invoices and payments
- Supplier and partner management
- Responding to feedback, enquiries, and dispute resolution
3.4 Employment and Contracting
- Processing job applications
- Managing payroll, benefits, performance, and training
- Issuing passes, access credentials or equipment

- Service providers supporting dormitory providers, insurance companies, logistics, IT, accounting, or secure data disposal

All third parties handling personal data on our behalf are required to comply with our data protection standards and the PDPA or similar data protection policies of their own.

CCTV cameras may be used at our facilities for:

Footage may be used or disclosed only for these purposes or where legally required.

11. Protection for Minors and Vulnerable Individuals
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18 unless:
- Consent is obtained from a parent or guardian, or
- It is reasonably necessary for safety or public interest purposes.
